Mission Statement
The mission of the Planning Board is to assist applicants who have commercial and residential development projects in the process of promoting the health, safety, convenience and general welfare of the inhibitants of the Town of Rye.  The role of the Board Members are to act as a guide and assist through the applicatoin process to meet the Zoning Ordinance, Floodplain Ordinance and the Land Development Regulations of Rye for development consistent with Rye's Master Plan.
