The following is a table summarizing the projects where a permit is needed and the applicable fee. Typically, any project that intends to construct, alter, enlarge, repair, remove, demolish or change the occupancy of a building, or to erect, install, enlarge, alter, repair remove, convert or replace any electrical, gas, mechanical, or plumbing system, or any other work covered by the International Building Code, must apply to this office for a permit.
Any landscape or grading project needs to be reviewed and approved by this office.
