Lifeguards

If you would like to apply for a beach lifeguard position, please complete a Town of Rye Employee Application and contact Rebecca O'Brien, Rye Fire & Rescue Lifeguard Coordinator, at robrien@town.rye.nh.us or call 603.674.5020. For a Job Application click here.

If you would like to become a lifeguard, and are not yet Certified with the American Red Cross (required for Town of Rye Employment), Rye Fire & Rescue will be hosting American Red Cross courses on the following weekends: 

March 22-24 (Seacoast YMCA), or 

April 12-14 (Seacoast YMCA)

If interested in attending a course, please email Rebecca O'Brien at robrien@town.rye.nh.us or call 603.674.5020. Please confirm your attendance at one of these course dates by Friday, Feb 23.
