The Rye Select Board and Rye Conservation Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING in accordance with RSA 675:7 on Friday, May 3, 2024, at 2:00 PM at the Rye Town Hall, 10 Central Road, to discuss acquisition of a Conservation purchase.

The purpose of the hearing is to discuss acquisition of a Conservation purchase of:
1.) 7 +/- acres of land at 0 Appledore Avenue, Tax Map 194, Lot 62 (also known as 0 Ocean Boulevard) owned by Diana R. Spiewak and Denise Glass
2.) 11,000 +/- square feet at 0 Wallis Road, Tax Map 173, Lot 26, owned by Diana R. Spiewak and Denise Glass
